On December 20, 2000, Beijing Gold Buffalo Investment Consulting Co., Ltd. was established, primarily conducting investment banking business.

Establishment of the Fund Management Company

On August 26, 2010, Gold Buffalo 's wholly-owned fund management company, GB Win-Win Equity Investment Funds Management Co., Ltd., was successfully established as pioneer among private equity funds in China. The company’s core business model was changed to a concurrent model of advisory consulting and direct investment.

Business Performance

As of December 31, 2020, the company has achieved successful listings for several PE projects, representing 80% of the total number of projects invested by the company. The transaction amount for the investment banking advisory services has reached over 10 billion USD.
